In the day-to-day operations of draft beverage control we have found it necessary to replace old, worn out and inefficient systems. There are two ways to do this; 1 - repair and replace with the status quo or 2 - do it right. We chose to do it right. PRO BEV has walked with us to replace our systems from front to back with the hardware that is best for us. Instead of product being literally poured down the drain we have recouped the savings in a year. PRO BEV's service after the install is second to none. We first used PRO BEV on a new property install, replaced one existing, one on the way and have plans to be with PRO BEV on our next new property now on the drawing board.

When it was time to remodel our Waterfront Restaurant on Anna Maria Island, it was critical to get it right. We contacted PRO BEV, and Baron, the General Manger, came right out to meet with us. He shared with us all the different options that we could do and helped us learn about some things that we were not previously aware of that would enhance our restaurant. He sent us quotes and it was priced well. When it was time to do the job, the PRO BEV team came out and they were a pleasure to work with. They helped us do a lot of things that made the entire job go easier. They replaced all of our beverage back bar refrigeration units, installed a long draw draft beer system, and converted our walk-in freezer to a beer cooler. They did whatever it took to make sure our cooler functioned at the right temperature. They designed the chase for the trunk line so that it could work in our very complicated situation. Our beer pours excellent and our project with PRO BEV came off without a hitch. Any problems we have had, they have responded to quickly and they resolved easily, even though we are far away on a remote island. Our new long draw system is quite a bit more profitable than our old long draw system and has now payed for itself. We felt like they were more like a strategic partner in this project than an outside contractor. PRO BEV is the best and we recommend them to everybody.

This system was very old and needed a HUGE overhaul. We always had so many issues with lines foaming up, temperatures changing, and glycol pumps going out. Every month we were throwing money at it to get something patched up. We contacted several companies for solutions. Some were cheap, but not an ultimate solution, some were expensive and went far beyond the true operational needs of our business. We were recommended to contact PRO BEVTM and this was a decision made that we would never regret! PRO BEVTM representative, Baron Brandstrom, was always courteous and professional from the first visit. He is very skilled and knowledgeable, but yet knows how to speak to those that are not as experienced in draft beer systems. He found the best custom solution for us and at a fair price. The setup and execution was all within the time frame in which he told us that it would be, and PRO TMBEV always gets back to us promptly with any other service needs. We got through our first season with NO ISSUES and our staff is much happier not having to make our Members wait for foamy beer issues to get resolved. PRO BEVTM was a great investment for our Club, and we look forward to many more years of doing business with them.
